Innerdance uses specially selected music and frequencies to guide you into a trance-like state. In this expanded state of awareness, deep healing, emotional release, and self-discovery can occur. A powerful journey within to rediscover yourself.

Mindfulness helps you live in the here and now. Through breathing techniques, meditation, and inner observation, you’ll learn to release everyday stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner balance.
